1. Tool changer
The machine adopot carousel tool magazine, standard equipped with 8 tools, and the number of tool magazines can be selected according to the needs, which can effectively reduce the tool change time and improve work efficiency.
2. HSD spindle with boring unit
The machine adopts HSD automatic tool change spindle and Italy imported drills, including 9 vertical drills, which can meet more processing requirements of users.
3. Automatic loading system(optional: automatic barcode labeling machine)
The machine is equipped with an automatic loading platform, which solve the diffcullty of manually lifting the plates, saving labor and saving production costs. At the same time, the automatic labeling machine can be optional according to the needs of customers.
4. Automatic unloading system
After wood panel are processed, it is automatically unloading by the conveyor belt, inproving the working efficieny. At the same time, the end of the unloading system comes with the optical detection sensor, it can detect if the workpiece have been transported to this area for easy reach. It also make sure that the workpiece are not transported beyond this point so as not to fall off the table.

Machining workshop
We have our own machining workshop, a total of 5 gantry five-sided milling, each special machine for special use.
Side arms, beams, Z-axis skateboards, machine beds are specially processed by different equipment to guarantee high precision of the machine.
Packaging & Shipping
The cnc center is to be packed with plastic sheet for cleaning and damp proofing.
Fasten the cnc machine into the wood case for safety and against clashing.
Transport the wood case into the container.
